There was a wonderful panoramic view; Berkeley was clearly visible, as was San Francisco, although they were obscured a bit by haze.

There was a beautiful cotoneaster on one side of the path.

Ari in sepia, although actually this is not intentionally sepia-toned; it just came out that way.

And two pictures of me in front of the cotoneaster, in which I look evil and squint-eyed. Oh well, at least the tree's nice.

As soon as we got past the cotoneaster, we saw the moon. It looked far, far more gorgeous than in any of these photographs.

By the time I'd finished attempting to take pictures of the moon, the sun had just set.

And then there were bunnies!!!
